soooooo exhausted!but i gained sumthg tht really precious to me..

my 1st attachment at PPUkm, Cheras..

d old name of tht hosp was HUkm..

then i realize sumthg..rupe2 nye i've been born at dat hosp..ahaha..i tot hosp university is differ from HUkm..but then bl tgk..mcm penah jln je tmpt nih..rupenye btol la penah lalu kt PPukm..n rupenye lagi..my sis nye school area c2 jer...SMT Cheras..dulu sllu je g lwt akq kt c2...tot xpenah tgk PPUkm 2..rupe2 nye [aduih bpe byk rupe la]..d same hosp tht i've seen b4..aiyark..how come it b like tht haa??..

i m gonna tell abt my 1st attchmt..ma 1st experiences being in d real world of frmc...

bcz i've been asked to do d Drug Related Problem [DRP]..sooo ofcz la d main concern is abt d drugs...

okay...here is d process...

after briefing by Dr.Mohd..[siap buat short drama lagi 2 sblm actual nye task..haha..so funny..]

we've been divided into 3 subgrups..n luckily..i got Cik Yuzlina if i m not mistaken la de nye name..she's soooo nice..n xgarang [2 yg ptg..xd la ak cuaxxx..hoho]..n ckp nye lembut2 aje..sgt comfortable when dealing wif her..bessttt..

then...ktrg folo ktrg nye preceptor [Cik Yuzlina]..go 2 Haematology n Medical Ward..

sooo wut's d diff btwn both term??..

Haematology is sumthg related 2 blood..like leukemia..yg relate2 ngn blood la..

Medical...yg sakit2 laen..

since we r given a choice 2 choose d patient dat we wanted 2 sort of inteviu..

we need 2 do lbey kurang praktis la..

sbb preceptor nk tgk how we conduct d inteviu..

how we communicate with d pt..

sgt bestt n njoy sbnrnye..

then aftr dat...proses pemilihan bermula....

pilih pnye pilih..dpt patient yg okeyh..

tny pny tanye..beramah mesra ol those thgs..

but part yg xmenyeronokkan when u hv 2 look at d pt's medcl record..

haiyaaaa...soooo pening...

soooo tensi...soooo sakit ati..ahahah..[xde la..cme sgt2 xfhm ngn tulisan doc yg Maha Cantik+Unik+Mudah d fahami...i LIKE tht sooooo muchhh..huuu]

too many thgs need to put in d columns..

d prob arise when i dunno whch columns tht d info need to be put in..2 lg 1 mslh..

but after explanation gvn by d preceptor n frenz..

alhmdlh okeyh..dr mule2 sgt2 blur thp petala ke brape pn xtau la nk d definisikan..

then...

ptg 2 der dscsn ngn preceptor bout d cases yg ktrg dapat..

n ofcz la kan..kne wut rpot berkenaan pe yg ktrg wut nih...

n bcz i did DRP...sooo kne la tulis rpot sal DRP patient yg d inteviu..

begitula perjalanannye..

ohh yaa...i forgot 2 mention sumthg..

lost dalam PPUKm!...ahakzzz...

sbb dh lambat nk jmp blik ngn preceptor..

cz dh tau mmg salah ktrg..

sooo msty a gelabah xtentu pasl...

nak2 1st tme lak 2 kat ward 2..

mmg ak pening n blurr..sbb struktur bgnn e2 sdh jauh berbz..

kalo nti 4th yr...sorg2 mcm mane ye??

dh la ak nih der mslh nk igt ward..aduih...

kne hafal la gamaknye nih nti..buat map siap2...hahaha

okeyhla stop smpi cni la..dh xlarat nk tulis dh..

mate dh kuyu...tgu mase nk tdo jer..
